Catering, recipes + food development

Experienced vegan chef, wedding caterer, supper club host, recipe developer and cooking teacher. All my food is plant-based, with a focus on seasonal and local produce.

  • Develop recipes for websites, cookbooks, restaurants and businesses.

  • Cater for yoga retreats and provide vegan event catering, developing bespoke plans and menus.

  • Create commercial kitchen management processes including supplier cost analysis, scaling up recipes, calculating COGS and margins, develop kitchen processes, train kitchen teams.

  • Run cooking classes and demos (online and face-to-face). With vast experience in working with youth and community groups.

Former head chef of Made in Hackney’s community meal service (2020-21).

Co-curator and editor of Plant Based Planet cookbook (2021).

Efficient writer, copywriter and proofreader specialising in food, lifestyle, culture, identity and travel with writing credentials for Huffington Post, BRIGHT Zine, Metro, Red Bull, Selamta, Potluck Zine and The Telegraph.

I can develop engaging web content, create e-comms and design social media content plans.

I self-publish some work on my blog page as well as links to some external content I’ve created.
