Over the past year I've been working with vegan gal pal Charlie-May on projects promoting vegan education and awareness. The aim is to bring veganism to the masses and enable them to understand that it is accessible and sustainable.
Our first venture was serving up delicious, hearty rainbow boxes plus healthy but decadent cakes and desserts at Leicester Vegan Market in June.
We also hosted a Carnage screening in June 2017 at Deptford Cinema. The screening was following be a panel including Mike Hill from One Planet Pizza, Tsouni Cooper of Yes It's All Vegan instagram and actor Will Rastall.
In Sept 2017 we hosted a plant-based zero waste dinner at Space at 61 in Brockley/Nunhead utilising food surplus that would have otherwise gone to waste from charity FareShare and Lewisham fruit and veg market.
